"BEWARE! Happy to take your money but too busy to service your account. After many decades of continuous insurance my policy was cancelled without a phone call, text or email in advance. Cancelled for non payment after State Farm changed my policy number and did not reinstate my auto payment setting I had for years. Then charged me 15% more money for the same policy for a non continuous insured. I called and spoke to Lanell who just offered excuses that the office tries to call but are so busy things get away from them (they didn’t call to warn me that it was to be canceled), your settings are wrong, Corporate should have…. Etc. Sad to see what was once a very good local agency go so far down hill and ruin a customers reputation. Find another agency that cares and can handle their workload."

In November, you had detailed conversations with two of our employees regarding expected payments for that month; however, no payment was made. Your recurring authorization for auto-pay was removed after you did not sign the authorization form. Due to nonpayment, your policy was ultimately canceled. Regarding communication, State Farm automatically sends multiple notices about upcoming bills, past due payments, and potential cancellations directly to the contact information on file. During your conversations with our team, you confirmed that your contact details were accurate to receive these important notifications. While our office may not have proactively reached out prior to cancellation, any contact we initiate is done as a courtesy to support our customers. We understand the importance of clear communication and continually strive to balance our workload while providing timely assistance. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to delivering quality service. Thanks, Lanell "

"I moved and needed a new renters insurance policy. Yesterday I had a 21st century nightmare day of self-service websites (Lemonade.com) and speech recognition self-service phone menus (Homesite) all failing as if it were 1993. So I visited IRL the Lanell Anderson Insurance Agency. They're a State Farm affiliate so I had high hopes a human could solve my insurance problems. And representative Socorro Garcia-Romero did so with patience, professionalism, and insight. We discussed my needs, weighed options, checked prices, and found a combination of parameters that aligned flawlessly with my situation. Sometimes you just need a professional with the chops to do right by you, and the Lanell Anderson agency has those professionals. Try them in person in their office, they're a breath of fresh air you just can't get from a website or phone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."

"I am very happy to say that the help I received from Soccoro at Lanell Anderson's office was really wonderful. I was at a total loss about how to navigate the burglary that occurred at my boyfriends house, but she took the time and effort to show me every step and she showed me respect and courtesy and a lot of patience thru every step until it was finally concluded.
